Sure it will. Your account doesn't exist on your computer. It's on Arenanet's servers. You can log into your account from any computer that has guild wars installed.
For that reason, you really need to be careful with your account. Don't buy gold online and dont' download any third pary addons for guild wars. Most of these contain keyloggers that will steal your account.

Just head to the Guild Wars website and download the client from there. As long as you remember your user name, password, and the name of one of your characters you should have no issue because character data is stored on the server, not the individual PC.
