Yes I have seen and advertise on walmart.com. Check your nearest walmart for the LG Chocolate on prepaid for Verizon Wireless Impulse prepaid.

Walmart.com has Black and Red Chocolate prepaid verizon phones for $99, after you buy it dont activate it on Verizon though go to http://www.PagePlusUSA.com and get better rates for the exact same service, it is actually Verizon service just resold cheaper, its no contract and no credit check, they even have unlimited anytime plans or "pay as you go" dirt cheap with no daily fees.
