Answerer one is wrong

Pen-der-ETSki ('c' in Polish and Czech without a diacritic is always a 'ts' sound)
Pro-KOF-yef
Kabal-YEV-ski
DVOR-zhak (with rolled 'r' abd 'zh' sound as much as one as possible) This 'odd' pronunciation is due to the unique Czech letter ' ř ' (so you're spelling the name incorrectly - it should be 'Dvořák' - 'zh' sounds as the 's' in 'pleasure')

All of the answers above are correct except:

Penderecki = pen-dur-ESK-ee (his name is Polish)
