DVOR-zhak (with rolled 'r' abd 'zh' sound as much as one as possible) This 'odd' pronunciation is due to the unique Czech letter ' Å ' (so you're spelling the name incorrectly - it should be 'DvoÅák' - 'zh' sounds as the 's' in 'pleasure')
