Sure why not, just add it onto the list of other inanely stupid things that people say Bush should be impeached for.

Without reading the letter, I'd say you may be misinterpreting or taking things out of context. I do know that when Bush owned a baseball team, he was in a position to actually do something about the problem. As President, bringing it up in the State of the Union address was inappropriate and probably done to obscure real problems that were his business. Problems like a failing war, a growing deficit, and an incompetent administration. I'm not sure how the Senate got involved but it was a matter Baseball should have taken care of and it should have been done while Bush was an owner.

As a former MLB executive, I think GWB could be found to be culpable to a point of the steroid use in baseball. However, in Bush's long line of crimes, this isn't on that would get him impeached.

I do not like Bush, but I am not about to blame him for this witch hunt. Steroids have been used in professional sports long before G-DUB was in office.

Well, Just because he was part owner of the Texas Rangers and stole a whole lot of tax payers money then started a war in Iraq so Oil Corps could earn $10,000,000,000 every quarter is no reason to impeach such a nice Christian boy.
Did I mention he was a queer Cheer leader in College and it is rumored he had a old girlfriend murdered after she threatened to go public that GB forced her into having an abortion?

Bush did not go around and hold a gun to the head of those players and say TAKE THIS OR ELSE. Why not put the blame squarely where it belongs? On the players who actually believe by taking the drugs that they are THE ANSWER TO EVERY PROBLEM, and have NO consequences.

I don't care about baseball steroids. They can take whatever they want as far as I'm concerned...just be up front about it. If they want to get self righteous about it, anyone who breaks Ruth's record should have to do it while drinking heavily, and so on.

Rationality became a relic years ago for those that blame Bush.
What's next?
Barry Bonds' head grew to twice the size of a normal human due to Bush?

I blame him for the media distracting us with this junk "news" rather than have us focus on Bush & Co.
