Absolutely not. Goldfish are coldwater fish and JDs are tropical fish. Their needs are completely different and the JD will also shred or eat the Goldfish as soon as it gets a chance. The Parrots have absolutely no defense against something as aggressive as a JD and would also be torn to shreds. If you want a JD, keep it by itself or with VERY fast moving fish (Rainbowfish).
