You can abort shutdown using command prompt.
Simply open the command prompt and type shutdown -a

or for a quicker solution paste the following code into a notepad and save it to your desktop a AbortShutdown.bat

@echo off
title Abort Shutdown
shutdown -a

When you accidentaly hit the shutdown button simply run the batch file before your system begins to shutdown and it will abort the shutdown.

Too late now, right?

Since you have time, run something (like MS Word), start a new document, and don't save it. When the system tries to close Word, Word will notify you of the unsaved document and give you choices Yes, No, Cancel. (Yes-save, No-don't save, Cancel-cancel shutdown.)

This won't work, though, if the shutdown was told to force applications to close. A shutdown from pressing the power button shutdown might be that type.

nicely... you mean mail FROM the state government? specific - which will supply up. Mail in maximum cases? NO. The mail service is a quasi-autonomous FEDERAL entity. No state government has any effect over the U. S. Postal service.
