By letting thoughts come and go, but remaining in the moment.... Tension comes from stress. Stress comes from dwelling in thoughts about what's "wrong" with life. Resisting life as it is.

Live in the moment. Appreciate what is. Tension will cease to be a problem.

(When I master this myself, I'll let you know.)

Well....you have to fix the cause, not the symptom.....exercise, meditation, and in some cases, pharmocology can help...but what works for me is to pinpoint the root cause of the tension and either eliminate it (if possible) or learn to minimize and manage it....in my case, when my job gets stressful, I FORCE myself to take an hour of "down time" per day, just to decompress....or do nothing....listen to music, read, brisk walk....you have to develop your own list....but the important thing is, to FORCE yourself to take that time just for you....it really works!

Start by laying off the questions marks for a while. Then think of a happy place with lots of bunnies. Then line up the scope on your rifle and pick em off one by one. That makes me feel better just thinking about it.

By letting himself drown in frustration and anger, then by doing whatever he wants (hopefully nothing too horrible). Satisfying the beast helps ^^.
