Knowing that life must continue, for without it I would be lost. My loved ones and cherished friends would disappear if I did not use that ounce of effort to get out of bed. So I get up, and remind myself that this is why I live, not just why I make the routinely cup of coffee.

My kids first and foremost and I had someone I thought of all the time but I am not sure I do anymore. Games I think , it hurts but what can I do ?
