1. pick up the phone
2. dial 1 + area code (602 or 520 depending on which part of AZ) plus 7 digit phone no.
3. this is long distance and will be an additional charge on your land line (probably free on your cell phone unless you run over your minutes)

If its a LAN line dial 1 + the area code and phone number..If you are dialing from a cell phone--just dial the area code & phone number
