You:
A. Sign with a team as a free agent and try to work your way onto the teams roster. If you declare of the draft but don't hire an agent you can go back to college and play (if you still have eligibility left) if you aren't drafted or aren't satisfied with where you're drafted.
B. Sign with an NBADL team and hope to get pick up by an NBA team later.
C. Play overseas
D. Bag groceries

If you are not picked in the NBA draft, chances are you will not play in the NBA ever. Most go over seas to play in European leagues and some play with NBA Development teams (D-League). NBA teams may chose to sign you as a free agent later on in the year if they decide they like your play. A perfect example of an NBA player who was not drafted is Ben Wallace. He was not taken in the NBA draft but was signed later on as a free agent and later went on the become an All-Star.

Derrick Rose is quite a great take care of prospect yet do the Knicks want yet another athletic swingman sort? possibly if the Knicks can sell off some greater bags like Marbury it may be justifiable to draft Rose. Financially, the Knicks are feeling the squeeze because it quite is. as far using fact the prospect of a #2, that relies upon on how the ping pong balls will roll interior the draft lottery. 5th worst team? = 88 combos, 8.8% risk. for 1st p.c..; AND 9.7% for the 2nd universal.

Some undrafted players are invited to various teams' training camps to try to earn a spot on the team. They can also go to a developmental league team. They can play in Europe or another country that has basketball leagues. There are lots of options.

You could sign with a team as a free agent or if you didn't sign an agent you could go back to college and play and try and get a contract since you can't re-enter the draft.

You can try out for a team as an undrafted free agent and hope you make the team. If not, maybe try the NBDL or play over seas.
