I'm already thin and the right height but maybe some more toning, like nice abs and shapely legs, no jiggle basically?

Never ever fell into that trap...... i was always ok with how i looked... not what ya call real keen on my nose.. but would never have operation ..but things are different as you age but Eh still ok for my age so why worry ........................
