Are you sure you're pregnant?

I had very bad back pain when I was 9 weeks pregnant, and I called my OB and they wanted me to go in that day for an ultrasound, just to make sure everything was ok. So if you're pregnant, and depending on how severe your aches are, you might want to call your doc.

But, your body is going through alot of changes, so yes, you will be achy!

Treating Low Back Pain in Pregnancy
Fortunately there are many things you can do to help alleviate some of the low back pain in early pregnancy you might be feeling during pregnancy.

Resting and soaking in a warm bath often help alleviate a back that is sore and aching. It is not a good idea however to sit in a hot tub. Immersion in water hotter than 102F can be dangerous for your baby. Hot and cold packs applied directly to the affected area are safe and can help relax strained muscles and ligaments with pregnancy back pain.

Some women are kept up at night by back pain or back ache during pregnancy. If this is the case you might be more comfortable if you try sleeping on your side with a pregnancy pillow propped up between your legs. The Snoozer pregnancy pillows and body pillows are made for side sleeping. The Snoozer pregnancy pillow is shaped perfectly to place your head on and between your knees at the same time.

Most definitely my friend. When my wife was pregnant with both our kids I constantly had them. You can try everything, breakfast in bed, watching movies together on the sofa, cooking her favourite dinner but the ear bashing will continue. Trust me - you can't do anything right. Believe me, the best thing for you to do is get out of the house and come back home when she's fallen asleep. I'd suggest going to the pub, that way by the time you get home you'll hopefully be bladdered enough that you will just fall straight to sleep and not have to listen to her incessant nag nag nagging. Then when the baby finally comes around you will have approximately 10 minutes of joy whilst you and your loved one gaze at what you have created, before you realise that the ear aches are the least of your worries. Hope this helps pal.

Omg in the early stages of my pregnancy my lower back was so sore for a long time. I couldn't even sit in some chairs or I had to lay down sometimes. This is totally normal because your body is going through so many changes. Don't worry it will be all better soon enough! =)

i doubt your aching because of your preganancy if your really early. its winter and the cold weather makes everyone feel that way. just wait you'll feel the true aches of pregnancy soon enough.
