Apparently, you don't drive.
I was going to say something silly,
like it being the same as reverse on
a motorcycle, then realized that you
were really serious in your inquiry,
which could mean only one thing:
you don't drive.

No. You use the gear selector (Shift lever) to select reverse gear.

Note for TexasWitch... Some motorcycles DO have a reverse gear. Specifically, the Honda Gold Wing and the BMW K1200LT both can be shifted in and out of reverse.

Every car has reverse (R) gear.

You should know this if you obtained driver's license.
