Oh, yes! There is so much light in the world right now. All you need to do is look for it, however, you won't have to look far.
There is good in everything and everyone. Acknowledging the blessings in your life is a great start.
Seeing the good in others helps to make the world a brighter place as well. See what good you can do for others and brighten up their world as well. There are so many ways to see the light in this world.

A physiological question? I can answer that in 2 parts:
1) Time is a dimensional structure, and like space it IS.
2) Emptiness of...... space or .... wow. I would be really sad if i was in a reigon of space with absolutely no light.... I wonder if that exists.....
