You can't make anyone get baptized, it's their decision but it needs to be for the right reasons. The Word declares that the baptism is a public confession, identification with the resurrection of Christ of confessing the faith, accepting Christ. I was baptised when a child bec it's what you did, but I had no clue what I did and nothing changed in my life. When I was much older and after having received Christ as my personal savior, I was baptised again bec then I knew what it meant. Don't guilt trip her, scare her, or pressure her. It's her decision, you want to equip her so she can make the decision, remember, it's the Spirit that will draw her. Getting baptised doesn't prevent you from going to hell and doesn't guarantee heaven. Check your motives and get understanding.

You don't tell anyone that they need to get baptized, that's not what it's all about. The person will get baptized when they feel "moved" to do so. It's got to be a personal decision, otherwise it's for all the wrong reasons.

You don't tell them that they need to get baptized like "you'd better get baptized or else" because that defeats the purpose of baptism. Unless you believe that babies getting baptized is meaningful. The purpose of baptism is a public confession of one's faith. So everyone needs to make that personal decision. You can tell that person that you would strongly recommend it. You can point out in scripture where Jesus says we should be baptized. But in the end, they have to say "I want to get baptized". Anything else is meaningless.

You don't. Its not your place to tell anyone they NEED to get Baptized. Its not your business of one's religous beliefs. Just because one in baptized does not make one a better person.

Someone should only be be baptized when they are ready. Not when someone else thinks they should be.If the person is not ready then it is all in vain. You have to have an understanding of all the reasons behind it also.
