You get Master form in Kingdom Hearts after you encounter King Mickey at Hollow Bastion during your fourth visit. The Master form is a blend of both Valor and Wisdom form where your attack is strong and you weild two keyblades, yet your other keyblade floats in the air with the use of magic.

ya but what the first guy was talking about is final form and the best was to lvl it up relly fast and easy is

you go to that tower place where u get soras new cloths get the sword for better fire magic and the once for longer form drive then kill as many as u can then un back to the save pont and go to the gummy ship then go back (also easy to get to lvl 99 this way) SORRY I GOT OFF TOPIC

after talking to tron from space paranoids go to ansems study and look an the until it say examine press triangle there is a cut scene then you should automaticaly get master form
