I think anything is possible.
Timing can hurt the best of relationships.
Sometimes it feels like the next moment your heart will explode from joy and then the next moment comes and you feel like your hearthas shrivled up and died from silence.
Such is the curse of listening to your heart.
A soul mate can be a great thing to have in life, a perfect fit to all you think and feel, but; when things aren't going right, when the timing is off, or when distrust sets in, you might as well be dead for all the aloneness you can feel.
I can see a person not wanting to feel that alone and freezing their heart forever if they thought it would give them peace.
If you like movies, think Pirates Of The Caribbean 3 and you will see how Davy Jones would rather rip the heart right out of his chest instead of feeling the pain time he was apart from his soulmate Calypso.
It doesn't have to be quite that dramatic but you could avoid true love if you lied to yourself long enough.
My answer is No; there isn't anything that is impossible.

I suppose anything is within the realm of possibility,why even frogs could grow wings so they didn't bump their backsides-though I imagine this to be about as likely as myself and and many millions of other people finding their so called soul mate,and falling in love.
