People used to marry a lot younger than they do today, and their marriages didn't end in divorce quite so often as they do today. I don't see why an 18 year old can't marry if they are in love.

I think it depends on the person, but generally I believe that is to young to get married. I would have of never gotten married at that age. I am 30 and still don't wanna get married now.

i was married exactly 8 days after i turned 17. no..i would not do that again. but..knowing what i know now.the friends i made while married? it'd be a hard choice between the heartache and pain my ex put me through vs never meeting some of the best folks on the planet and having the honor of calling them friend.

I did, and it was the worst mistake of my life. I had no real experience in life or about how screwed up so many people can be. If only I could go back and do it over again, I'd be a LOT more careful and know what to watch out for.

I DID, I got married at 18 and we're still together. Though things get really hard and rocky sometimes. It was very impulsive.

no, even if i was in love with the person. if you love each other so much then both people should be comfortable in waiting like 10 more years to get married

the only reason i wouldn't is because i want to get married and be able to settle into a place of our own--and we've both got money problems right now, so that won't happen anytime too soon.
