Yes they are red pandas (Ailurus fulgens) and are sometimes called a lesser panda. There are also a couple subspecies as well... all of which are native to Asia.

Though they do carry some traits of bears and racoons, they really are of no relation. Look in the family Ailuridae, you will find them there.

yes --- we bred and exhibited lesser red pandas from Asia when i was working at Taronga Zoo Sydney, Australia. They are probably more closely related to raccoons than bears but then bears and raccoons are distantly related.-- Red Pandas are omnibours like raccoons and will eat most things unlike their distant cousins the giant pandas who will eat mostly bamboo shoots.

Yes they are, even though the title of the video calls them ringtails.
They are related to raccoons, and are also called the Lesser Panda, or fire fox.

Yes they are. Giant Pandas are bears but red pandas are actually raccoon relatives.

Coyote, most taxonomists put them with raccoon in Procyonidae. Those who place them in a different taxa still equate them as closer related to raccoons than bears. Even bears and raccons are considered fairly closely related.
