I've been working for a shipping company for 4 years and training for management for 3. I've completed the courses required for management certification and have been assisting in supervising the warehouse operations. I have a Bachelors degree in Marketing.

By title, you need to give them what your title is at work. Are you a "management trainee" in warehouse operations? If so, then that is the title. If you have the certificate, state that you have it which signifies you are no longer a "trainee". Make sure to mention the Bachelors in Marketing too and explain how you have used that too in your job.

There are some good books in the library showing how you should plan a resume, there are a few different ways to lay out your history. Make it professional looking, no spelling or grammar errors. Have someone else look at it for you to check for any problems.
