Umm well yea. If you cant reach the top of a fridge, youre not gonna get whats up there. Naturally you would have to be a certain height. Same thing applies here. Youre not long enough, youre not reaching it. Depends on the girls height too i guess.

Wrong, from what I've learned over the years the 'G' spot may be a lot closer depending on the individual. And it's not not the penis size, it's what you do with it. How you make your partner feel in foreplay and during making love. Every woman is different when it comes to what makes them the happiest; how you sensualize and where their particular 'G' spot is. How you titillate them. Possibly this person has never had a real adventuresome lover who took the time for foreplay, exploration and so forth. Her spot may be deep, but then her lovers may have been lousy too regardless of how big they were.

14 is a still a very young age. You still have a lot of developing to do. A lot of men don't stop growing and changing until their early 20's. You have nothing to worry about. If you are genuinely concerned, talk to a parent or a doctor, but your growth is perfectly normal.
