but the male didnt see and some fell to the ground. will they still hatch into fully grown fish? and if i dont remove my male will he eat the newborn fish thats just swimming around but wont stay in the bubblenest?

the eggs that fell to the bottom are unfertilized so will not hatch.
the male will catch the newborn swimming loose and spit them back into the nest until about the 10th day at which point you should remove him as he will keep trying to spit them in the nest. the babies need to start living on their own

When you fish have a proper spawn,the male will care for the eggs and the fry for quite a while. I suggest that you get a couple of good books on the subject of spawning Anabantids and raising the fry. That way you will have a much better chance of raising some of the fry. There are many conditions that must be just right for this to work,and you have much to learn.

I highly doubt it, since they're almost certainly unfertilized, but you just have to wait and see. There's nothing you can do.

Yes, you need to remove the male in a week or so after the fry hatch. He might eventually see them as tasty treats.

you should take care whole day till the egg hatches. so that you could make sure that the male does not kills it.keep the male till the egg hatches because the male should fertilize the eggs
