we needed a win today or a titans lose. well they won and we lost so what now

The Browns need the Titans to lose to the Colts next weekend. Problem is the Colts will rest their starters at some point during this game. I still believe the Browns will get that last playoff spot though. BELIEVELAND

Browns need a titan loss next week.... if both win Browns stay home, if both lose Browns go playoff... it all depends on if the Titans can upset the Colts.
if they have even 10-6 the Titans go,, even 9-7 the Browns go, because Titans play AFC team next week and Browns play NFC team,, if Titans win then they have equal conference record with Browns and win on common opponents,, if they lose Browns have a better conference record and they win the tie.

if the titans lose than no matter how the browns do they go to the playoffs but if the titans win then they go to the playoffs and the browns dont

so you have the same record. 9-6. which means it all depends on next week. you as a browns fan must hope for indy to beat the titans and you must beat SF for a playoff spot. if the browns and titans have the same record, i think the titans get the nod over the browns.

yeah the "doing a heck of a job, Brownies" blew it big time, as now Tennessee can wrap up a spot by winning next week. The Brownies would need for Tennessee to lose (somehow) and they win in order to get in as a wildcard (to be beaten by the Steelers in round one).
