"Location" neurons effect a mind-brain process in the orbito-frontal cortex (OFC) which permits spatio-economic awareness and evaluation re "primary qualities (values)" (Dr. Mainen of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, "Neuron," 2006, and "The Biology of Transcendence," J. C. Pearce).

This is a mind-brain function. Contrary to e.g. Dennett's error (1991), there is standard experimental evidence that quantum state reduction, i.e., Mind not requiring any energy transfer towards obtaining state-specific coalescence (decision making), occurs.

Thus "Mind," qua One Mind Soul-individuation demonstrated in the human soulfield/biofield, moves effortlessly toward states-specificity (aka "collapse of wave probability function"), but it does so from One Mind Soulness, rather than at the level of mind-brain physis, which does classically move energy per neuronal activity (such as in the OFC).

Tanabe's "Philosophy as Metanoetics" is an example of the "Topos as Void" Kyoto School level of mastery of Void and Topos, a step forward imho from e.g. Heidegger's and Sartre's more psychologistic notions of Dasein and "nothingness," and more in harmony with Husserl's Pure Ego and Rays of Light illumining (what is in the Buddhist tradition) "suchness" and even "thusness."

You might appreciate Franklin Merrell-Wolfe's "Pathways through to Space," as he, a mathematician-philosopher, realized Being vis a vis Topos and Nous--Atman--a la Lord Buddha's "neti, neti" teaching from Atman vis a vis "physis" and "psyche," or the 5-sense reduction of "suchness" and "thusness."

Thus, OFC spatio-economic valuing permits quantum reduction of Mind's possible awareness-angles per mind-brain/mind-body sensibilities. It is a triune process: One Mind Soul, quantumly permitting Mind-wave coalescence per psyche-physis feedforward loops: One Mind Soul as Whiteheadian Monadic, Mindful coalescence as Dyadic of psyche-physis, and Triadic as sublimation unto One Mind Soul-realization and individuation, which, as Monadic process or Platonic under-standing of Mind, Idea, Good, permits further concrescence.
