BBQ ribs and chicken, potato salad, green beans, cornbread, dessert, mac & cheese. We decided to NOT do the traditional fare this year :-)

Our entire family will gather at my former hubby's home. :-)

Yes, because I am making it. Christmas Eve is the "The Feast of the Seven Fishes" Calamari, Mussels, Clams Casino, Lobster Ravioli, Smoked Salmon, Shrimp Scampi.........It's an Italian thing.

Christmas Day? Cheese Ravioli with meatballs, sausage and braciole followed by a Standing Rib Roast, Baked Potatoes, Asparagus. Baby Greens with balsamic vinagrette. My homemade Tiramisu for dessert and tons of cookies. I love when I bring out the beef and everyone groans!

No big meal here as my husband will be working all day and into the evening. But there will be plenty of leftovers from Christmas Eve so we'll be fine.

Grandpa...sorry, can't offer you any turkey...but come on over if you like lasagna, salad, pies and cookies!!!

I'll be over at my friend Connie's with her family. We've been doing this for years now, she'll have crudites and dip, chips, cheese and crackers for starters. Then there'll be turkey ,stuffing, ham, tortierre, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, leafy green salad, a multitude of desserts that she and her daughters have made including truffles and cookies and a yule log.

I'll go home stuffed with leftovers to last me til the weekend.

Our Christmas "day" is actually going to happen tomorrow. We are going to have a mexican feast! I was going to make this food on Christmas day, but we decided to do it all Christmas Eve.

We are going to have chicken fajitas, seven-layer dip, quesadillas, queso with chips, etc.

We already did the turkey/ham, mashed potatoes, etc thing with Thanksgiving. Thought we'd change it up a bit for Christmas!

Ham, sweet potatoes, peas. The pups hope I will drop the ham I am sure...they are too fast for the 10 second rule!

It is just me and the pets eating dinner.

I will be cooking at home for myself and a neighbor lady friend who has no family.

I'm fixing ham with the usual trimmings plus fruitcake and an apple pie.

Fresh baked cookies also.

Nothing exciting. at all. We were to lazy to make a Christmas dinner this year, so we may be stuck with eating at Pizza Hut.
