Yes, an accidental suicide could be a drug overdose. I'm not sure about an accidental homicide, maybe killing everyone by driving the car off a bridge?

Yes. A lot of gun-cleaning accidents become accidental suicides. Many drunk driving killings are called accidental homicides.

There's both.
An example of accidental suicide would be taking too many pills, meaning to only get high, but instead you OD.

Accidental homicide is if you are loading a gun and it goes off, killing someone in the room with you.

I used to think she committed suicide but looking at it further, I think she could have been murdered because of her government connections and knowledge of information. She was planning a press conference to blow the lid on all this when she died. She'd ingested too much at once it is said for it to have been accidental. She had a massive amount of drugs in her system, whole bottles, nobody could take that much over a period of time and still be alert, but not very long before she died she was having a conversation with someone over the phone. There are signs that the dose wasn't self administered either, because no pill residue was found in her stomach and that is very unusual, so the theory was that she didn't take the drugs by mouth. There was no water found in her room that she could have taken all the pills with and she would've choked on them without liquid. Anyway, the case is complicated. The original investigation was flawed, probably partly because of cover up, partly because everyone jumped to a conclusion of suicide because of her past history of overdoses.

an accidental suicide is not possible. It just becomes an accidental death!
An accidental homicide is called involuntary manslaughter!
For instance if you're doing something you shouldn't be doing and end up killing someone. Like messing around with a gun and accidentally shooting your kids. Or driving recklessly. It has to have the element of acting recklessly!

Suicide is where the person is trying to kill themselves. So no, there is no accidental suicide.

Accidental homicide can be classified as manslaughter.

If you are trying to find a term for 'accidentally killing yourself' its simply an accidental death

You cannot accidentally commit suicide either you intended on doing it or you were trying to get attention but either way it is suicide. If you take a drugs, play with a noose around you neck, place a plastic bag over your head not with the intent of killing your self, etc and you die it will be considered an accidental death.

Yeah, it happens.

Say you're standing on the roof of your apartment building, a big gust of wind comes and you fall off and die. That's accidental, right? But you still technically did it to yourself.
