kinda tough to answer your question without some details. have you hit puberty? just how big do you expect it to be? just remember, not everyone is hung like a porn star; in fact, most guys aren't. it could just be that you're gonna have an average or smaller than average penis.

How old are you? If this is a serious question, your penis should start to grow when you begin puberty and be done growing by 18 y/o. All men have different size penis lengths.
Check with a doctor if you think something is wrong.

It depends on your age. If you're past your puberty and you're over 18 or 20 then that's the age that stops to grow....hope this helps.good luck

puberty is when it really starts to grow. maybe you just haven't reached that point yet. I started when I was 10 years old. tell your age!
