Why does everyone feel the need to turn EVERY song they've EVER heard into making it sound like Alvin and The Chipmunks? do people like that? I mean I just don't understand it, what is wrong with the original? If someone could clarify for me that would be great!

theres a NEW Chipmunks movie out, by the man whos DAD was Dave, from the cartoon Alvin and the Chipmunks...
so everyone is cashing in, as usual.

It was like when "remix" songs were famous. That every song that was made (rap r&b whatever) had to be a second part the "remix" but now that thats over now is the chipmunks.

I have never heard anyone change a song and turn it into a chipmunk song. I couldn't ( I don't have the voice).

This song became popular in the early 50's and fondly remembered by baby boomers. There are a lot of us out there and the radio stations are trying to please a large population. Hope this helps

people just like jumping on the bandwagon if others think it's cool they gotta do it too. no one knows how to be an individual any more. and also cause it sounds funny.
