As already been said, women show variations in the sizes of the labia. Some can be quite large as to cause discomfort or even pain. In some cases, women seek to reduce the size of the labia because of their self image.
What is important is that before you have any surgery to reduce them, speak to a gynaecologist experienced in this type of surgery, so as to explore what the issues are in your case. At this sitting you will become aware whether it is in your interest to have surgery, pros and cons, and what the outcome should be.
The action taken is always very customised to the individual. Some do go for surgery; you may not need it.

Every girl is a bit different, and most of them dont like how they look down there. I suspect you are just looking for flaws.
You can go to a plastic surgeon and they can trim/reconstruct things.
But I strongly suggest you do not do this. Your lovers wont want you to change or be put off by the longer lips. Trust me on this one. It makes you a bit more unique.
