i love this question cz it is such a realist question..im only 14 but so far in my life i think tht people focus on dreary emotions cuz they stick more and people find it more dramatic and it catches (i guess) peoples attention cuz its so "different" even though they dont realize they talk about always the same thing

A former psych professor gave this example... If someone just lays in bed all day doing nothing and interacting with no one is that person really living or just breathing? Life can be challenging and at times full of heartbreak and misfortune but we only have a short while on earth, it's vital that we make the most of it!

Some people? More like almost everyone. Myself, especially. I think the reason would be the fact that living, really living, is damn hard and not too many people are aware that it may be worth all the work in the longrun.

Yeah!!! words don't help, what it really worth is the real practice of the mean of living. When we finally know it, maybe it's to late for us....
