What kind of bizzare question is that. Angels are imortal creatures created by God to do his bidding. They cannot be killed.
There are two sources of power in the universe: God and Satan. God does "miracles". Satan does "magic". It has been preordained that God will win and Satan will lose.
According to legends (I do not believe that dragons exist per see), mere mortal humans have slain dragons. You'd think that a creature that A) can't die, B) wields flaming swords, C) can fly, D) is similar enough to man to be mistaken for one, yet is much stronger; could certainly do anything that a mortal man could do.
Seems like a no-brainer to me. God's messangers can defeat Satan's minons, any day of the week. Read your bible - there's a lot of mis-information about "angels" out there in popular culture. If you think angels are merely winged men, you are sadly mistaken.

I think it is fascinating that a man fights an angel in the Bible...as if there was any possibility of the human winning. Which makes me think there is a possibility....I bet on the dragon!

A smart angel would wear a kevlar suit and would win hands down.
A crafty dragon would have a pair of really sharp scissors....

Angels don't have anything personal against dragons, they never did, and dragons weren't dangerous, they were quite nice.

granted this is an odd pairing but, i would have to say angel because you know beings of God seems to be a bit more powerful than some scaly winged firebreather,which i have to admit are prettier than angels sometimes
