First of all, congrats on the weight loss!

As for stretch marks, keeping your skin well-hydrated is probably the best way to prevent them - making sure you're drinking plenty of water, and lotions help, but there's no miracle cream that will make them completely disappear. They'll usually fade before too long, especially if you're keeping hydrated. I personally like the skin-firming lotions. Being young, your skin is still very elastic and can bounce back more easily from changes in weight.

Your genetics determine whether you get stretch marks or not, or rapid weight gain. Stretch marks fade over time & become silvery looking. Unfortunately, the only way to remove stretch marks is surgically.

The skin will eventually repair itself. It takes awhile because the skin grows at a slow rate so it takes awhile for it to catch up to the sudden change in body weight. You are looking at a few months to a year depending on how much the skin has to shrink to fit the new body.
