I think it depends on a lot of things such as, you body type, your size, what you are wearing and what you are looking for in a bra.
I personally like Lilly of France's push up bras. They fit me well, look great under nearly everything and can last through the wash without getting deformed.

Victoria's Secret has the best quality bras. My favorites are their secret embrace or the new wave bras because the wires are hidden, making it completely smooth with your shirt.
