Tricky question. If, as the question is stated, the hour hand on a clock moves 1/60 of a degree a minute then in 60 minutes it will move 1 degree = 60*(1/60) .
BUT - the premise is wrong. In actuality the hour hand on most clocks I know moves 360/12 = 30 degrees every hour.
But - the problem is using your clock - not mine.

1 degree
in 1 hour there are 60 minutes. so if it moves 1/60 of a degree every minute
u should get 1/60 * 60 = 1
so 1 degree every hour.
in short form, u need a better clock:)

This question should just read "If something is 1/60th, how much is it when you multiply it by 60?", because the clock part really doesn't make sense. According to this crazed clock, it would take 360 hours for a single day to pass.
