I really don't think he is. The trainer that ratted him and Pettite out was proven to be telling the truth in the case of Pettite. It makes no sense that he would tell the truth about one player and then make up a bold faced lie about Clemens - especially when Clemens and that trainer are supposed to be friends.

The more I think about this steroid issue the more it puzzles me. There's really no way they can put asterisks on every player's records because that would mean putting asterisks on team records and then they'd be taking away World Series wins from teams that had steroid users in them.
This can't be good for anything. They should just drop the whole thing and sweep it under the rug. After all, the fans want big hitters, don't they?

Barry Bonds denied steroid use, too.
With his buddy Andy Pettitte admitting drug use and the details in the Mitchell report, Clemens denial stretched credulity.

Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens, the whole bunch are innocent until proven guilty. That goes for Sosa, McGwire....all of them.

Truthfully, I don't think he's innocent just because he said so. Just like they need proof for him using substances, I need to see proof that he did not.
