When I rest on my left side there is this bone that pops out WAY WAY outer than when i rest on my right side. Why is that? Is there a way for me to make them smaller?

there is always one side of your body that is larger than the other side, some body parts arent noticably larger, others are....

You body is naturally different sizes on both sides.
If you cover half of your face up and look in the mirror and then look at the other half it looks totally different.
Thats just how we are scientifically made.
Its natural and the only way to change it is to gain some more weight or to have surgery.

No, there isn't a way to change your bone structure, other than perhaps breaking it. It's probably because your hips are maturing/growing at different rates, and will even out normally over time.

You might check with your doctor for Scoliosis.

If this is something that popped up suddenly, then especially get it checked.

You could have scoliosis. You may want to be checked out by a doctor.

I have curvature of the spine. One of my hips is larger than the other.

it happens usually .rectify the pose when you get sleep.
