A girl at school who sits beside me for 2 of my classes (cant move places) stinks very much like vaginal discharge and stuff like that. I dont want to tell her but I get headaches everyday and its rather gross.
So I have 2 questions here.
1.What will help the smell go away
2.How can I tell her..that she smells.

This is a very touchy subject as it deals with the highly personal issue of body odor. Perhaps this girl has no mother or sister to speak to her. Or she may be poor and unable to care properly for her personal care. Since this is an embarrasing issue and your intent is to help both her and yourself, I would go see your guidance counselor or talk privately to the school nurse. If you are truly wanting to help, maybe you could take a few things from home that would contribute to this girls ability to care for herself and give those things to the nurse or counselor to provide for this girl. You would have to do this in the strictest confidence, telling no one except those mentioned above. i am sure you understand how devistating this could be to this girl if she had any idea that people were discussing her most private issues. Let those who can help her, handle this , but be kind and allow the proper people to handle this with the grace and compassion it requires. ,

"YOU SMELL, GO TAKE A SHOWER!!"

haha just kidding. maybe...hmmm...you could tell a teacher? I remember a long time ago, our health teacher said if anyone smells, whether its from a dirty pad, not changed, or just BO, to tell her and she would politely pull that student aside to talk to them. Is the girl on the poorer side? Sometimes less privileged kids smell because they don't have the facilities to shower. Some are just too lazy. Maybe you could just pull her aside and politely talk to her about taking more showers. That's really hard to do though. If you are in high school or middle school, etc, whatever, see if you can talk to a nurse, get the nurse to call the girl down and talk to her. Otherwise its really hard to say.

Good luck!!

Try writing her a note so that you don't put her on blast in front of everybody. If that will get you in trouble ask if you can speak with her after class. as for what will help the smell go away douches seem to work unless she's to young. Otherwise she might have some kind of yeast infection and have to go to the doctor. In any case tell her as nicely as you can and hope she gets the hint.

Maybe talking to the school nurse or guidance counselor will help.

They would have a better way to approach this
