He has GPS attached to his sleigh. That way the elves know where he is at any given time.
Under new regulations, he has to take regular breaks and his sleigh has been fitted with a tacograph so he isn't riding for too long.

theres this little device shaped like rudoulph and the closer santa gets the faster his nose blinks and beeps
also on his back theres a gps map which will show him as a little red dot
and you have to imput your adress so your house will be a little white dot
