does that mean anything my sister think that it stands for a symbol

My baby turtles used to flip a lot. There's nothing wrong. It's normal.

They will learn how to unflip themselves. Don't unflip them right away. Wait for them to figure it out and do it themselves. If it takes long enough, THEN you can flip them. They just need to learn.

Make sure the water level is high enough to where they can unflip themselves, too.

Flipping is a bad sign. It is either ill, or the habitat is not well organized for it.

Check out the cares at http://www.redearslider.com and see if your turtle's set up and basic cares are solid.

Watch for signs of pneumonia- bubbly nose, wheezing, etc. If you see them, see a vet for proper care.
