Thinking about Raleigh. Currently live in Miller Place, NY. Went to college at NCSU and may be interested in moving back. However, i now have a family, wife, 4 year old and 1 year old. Not really a money thing more change of pace, scenery, etc. Love to hear feedback on those who made the move.

My aunt and uncle grew up in Middle Village, Queens, then moved to Orange County, NY in the early 60s and moved to the Greensboro, NC area in 1978. My aunt swears she would NEVER NEVER NEVER move back to NY.
BTW - you know the story about Cary, NC right? It's the Caged Area for Relocated Yankees. LOL (So I've been told.)

hey man,my sister used to live in NYC and moved to Ashville NC not to long ago,she says NC is way better,she says good people there and fun place to live,hope this helps
