I wouldn't try to blame yourself for his actions. Just go with the flow and when you're ready to move on, I'm sure you'll find a new guy to have a real realtionship with. In the meantime, if it feels good, keep up the good work! lol

It's more about him than it is about you. He just may not feel emotionally ready to commit to anyone at this point, regardless of whether they were or were not involved in a divorce. He said he's not looking for a serious relationship ... so, if that's what you want ... you may have to look elsewhere to find it.

your friend with benefits does not want to be serious with you because you can't be serious with a friend with benefits, they are just there for sex~thats it. why would he want a committment when you gave it up for this? guys are smart! you will have to find someone else and not be the friends with benefits status if you ever want it serious, i only know this cuz I asked my manager who had a friend with benefits for three years if he would ever committ to her and he laughed saying no! thats just understood you can never go past the uncommittment. So you kinda screwed yourself with this guy.. maybe ur guy is different but I bet you could sit him down and ask him if he will ever want anything more~ then you know you can walk away before you get too attached... hopefully he does not lead you on tho and say yes and keep you waiting years. Guys like to lead girls on but he is getting the best thing..sex and no committment.

No, the reason your friend with benefits isn't looking for a serious relationship with you right now is because YOU are allowing him to use you as a receptacle for his bodily fluids without him getting involved so there is no reason for him to get into a serious relationship with you. All he wants to do is phuck you, to use you as a whore and you are allowing him to do just that.

No I am sure he is serious because men normally don't just say things like that. But his main reason for being with you is the fact that you were married.

I honestly think it was him. If your relationship with him has always been casual then he might just want it to be that way and nothing else.

It's about him. He was more comfortable when you were in a marriage and now that your divorced. . . it's a scary situation.
