You should just work out to lose the weight. Eat Healthy, Eat in moderation. Baked not Fried Foods. Fresh fruits and lots of veggies. Lean Protein Egg Whites. Lots of Water.
If possible, join a Gym. work out at least 30 to 60 minutes a day. Cardio every day. Weight Lifting every other day.

Sheeit. If all you got to lose is 20lbs, than I would be the PERFECT friend to make you look skinnier. You shoulda seen me 22 months ago when I weighed 315! I'm at 230 right there in that pic(taken about 2.5 weeks ago).

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

aww...just find fatter friends. :) What do they say...a minute on the lips, but a lifetime on the hips...hey if that fat is going to be there a lifetime, that's a long longer than some of my previous friendships. :)

haha but cuteness is catching!! ♥ *hugs* plus jus give up meat, becoming a vegetarian makes u lose 15 pounds at least!! then drink more water uh huh *nods* i lost 19 pounds already
