We had a wonderful Christmas Day Dinner 2007 at the Vegetarian House in San Jose. As their website describes, "our fine dining restaurant is truly unique as we offer a wide range of vegan dishes from all over the world, including: China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Middle East, Europe and the Americas." Don't be put off by the fact they're vegan. My meat-eating fiance likes it there so much, that he invited a couple of his meat-eating friends, all of whom thought the food was surprisingly good. Christmas Day is the one day you will only find a Waffle house open till late in the afternoon when maybe one or two other places might open. So just go all out. - you don't have do turkey and all the trimmings. How about ribs, ham, or chicken. Do something different- start you own tradition.

well i dont know if you have these restaurants where you live but the melting pot texas de brazil but everywher is chineese also try something new like thai or something you have never tryed before and if it ends up sucking you will laugh at the end and those are good memories and plus if it sucks you can just go mcdonalds or wendys
