Often times at work, the stress level gets very high in my office. Makes me nervous and fidgety. What do you do to combat or cope with that?

Due to the fact that I'm claustrophobic, the only thing that helps me is going outside. From there I get some exercise by either take a walk around the neighborhood or I go to the mountains where I would spend the day mountain climbing. The wide open space always helps me.

hey doll, ya know its very bad, cuz i just smoked a Pall Mall Ultra lite, and yes i gotta a nasty cough. Well i was drinking a little Peach Chardonnay. I DONT DRINK A LOT OR DO CANCER STICKS A LOT. I usually go dance to some booty shakin music or go take a walk. Much more healthy, huh? oh, Merry christmas boo.
