I could only name two of them from the movie.

Gee, it's a toss-up, 'cause I thought the last two were both bad & ugly !!! But I think Eli was ugly & Lee was bad because didn't Lee leave Eli standing/choking on that tombstone...

I think the title is a sort of existential reference to the good, bad, and ugly in all the characters and, indeed, in all of us.
