Gee, it's a toss-up, 'cause I thought the last two were both bad & ugly !!! But I think Eli was ugly & Lee was bad because didn't Lee leave Eli standing/choking on that tombstone...

Clint was the good Blondie was the bad and Tuco was the ugly it was the end of the movie they showed Clint's face and caption was the good lee was the bad and Eli was the ugly

I think the title is a sort of existential reference to the good, bad, and ugly in all the characters and, indeed, in all of us. You see, Billy, the film isn't just about desperados, it's about the common dream that someday babies can grow to form their own clone armies and someday......Someday we'll have those flying cars...
