with a question? i mean when someone asks a question they are expecting an answer not a question ,right?

It may happen the answer can be question. Like a question can make them think. People may ask a question unintentionally. When you ask a question that doesn't mean you will have a direct answer. You should answer a question for that person, to share your knowledge.
