Ask your mom for an enema. You need immediate help. An enema should allow you to move your bowels in a few minutes.

How to use Fleet Enema:

When you have an enema you usually lie on your left side. You draw up your right leg and it helps you relax and your anus open. That makes it much easier to have the enema.

Remove the protective shield from the enema tip before inserting.
With steady pressure, gently insert the enema tip into the rectum with a slight side-to-side movement, with the tip pointing toward the navel. Insertion may be easier if you bear down, as if having a bowel movement. This helps relax the muscles around the anus.
Do not force the enema tip into the rectum. This can cause injury.
Squeeze the bottle until nearly all the liquid is gone. It is not necessary to empty the bottle completely. It contains more liquid than needed.
Remove the tip from the rectum and maintain the position until the urge to evacuate is strong (usually 2 to 5 minutes).
Do not use more than 1 enema in 24 hours.

You need an enema now. Either a disposable Fleet Enema or from an enema bag if you have one at home. You can get a fleet enema at the drug store or often the grocery store. An enema can soften the hard stool and make it much easier to expel. Stools can be hard or large and sticky. Either way it helps to have an enema. A suppository will make your bowels want to move. But if the stool is hard you still won't be able to push it out. People always say to get a Fleet disposable enema but often an enema bag is better. A fleet enema is only 4 ounces so sometimes it is not enough fluid. But they often work and are inexpensive. They are good to have around for such emergencies. It would be good to give yourself an enema. Get a fleet enema now, and think about getting an enema bag later on.

I am so glad you pooped. Being constipated is always such a problem. Sometimes if you are constipated a suppository will induce a bowel movement. But after a couple of days of constipation usually only an enema will work. People were giving you advice that wouldn't help. Once you are constipated eating certain things won't help. I am glad you are better and had success!

first make sure that you are hydrated--drink at least 6-8 8ounce glasses of water everyday.

for the constipation:
have a bowl of raisin bran or oatmeal.

or

eat a couple of prunes (or dried plums as they like to market them these days)

or
drink a small (8oz) glass of prune juice

if this doesn't cause you to have a bowl movement in a few hours, the you may need to try a laxative.

If you prefer something natural and gentle, Metamucil is an OTC product that uses psyllium husks or go to your favorite health food store and buy psyllium husk powder. Follow the instructions on the labels of these products.

If that doesn't get your bowels moving, it's time to see a doctor.

I have the SAME problem. You should eat tons of plums or prunes. If you are able, go get yourself some Medimucil, or a stool softener. STAY AWAY FROM LAXITIVES, YOU'LL BE REALLY SORRY IF YOU DONT. Good luck, hope everything comes out ok!!!! hee hee (sorry, just had to do that)

water, water, water, water, and more water!!! chug, baby, chug!! like a gallon, man!!

lay off any dairy!!

if you are eating anything like rice, pasta, or oatmeal, water it down and over cook it a little ... these foods absorbs the water out of your stomach and digestive tract which can "slow you down" ...

oh, and in the future, eat really small meals, like 300-350 calories tops and go for a walk after dinner every evening ... over-eating seems to cause constipation in some people I know ...
