Scrollbox in a scrollbox?

Question

Ok, here's the deal. I've been going CRAZY experimenting and tracking down the code to put a smaller scrollbox inside of my other scrollbox on MySpace. I can't seem to figure out the code! I am NOT TALKING ABOUT , so don't mention it.
