If I buy a T-Mobile prepaid phone at Target, can I sign-up for FlexPay use with that phone?

I'm very impatient and want to go buy the phone at Target, but want to sign-up for T-Mobile's FlexPay program. Will I also be able to use MyFaves? The phone at Target doesn't specify that it's a "MyFaves" phone!

With any retail store, if you sign up for Prepay T-Mobile Services then you will get the standard rate below,

$10 = 30 minutes
$25 = 130 minutes
$50 = 400 minutes
$100 = 1,000 minutes

However if you want to get a FlexPay program with "MyFaves" then you would have to visit a T-Mobile store to get this service, phone and rate plan.
