It will come into your mouth, unless he says "I'm about to come" in which case you can take your mouth away and keep rubbing him until he comes in your hand or a towel.
He should be wearing a condom, however, if are not 100% positive he doesn't have an STD (sexually transmitted disease.)

I would take it.... After it is out for a long enough period of time to ensure that there are no long-term effects in taking it. I'd be concerned about taking something that could cause irreversible damage. Until the long term effects are proven and well documented, why would I risk it? The only other way I would consider it would be if I did not plan on having any more children, thus if it caused irreversible damage, it wouldn't prevent me from having kids. I expect my fiance to take birth control because it's very real, proven, and has negligible long term effects. If the same thing were offered to men, I would certainly take it. Ideally, both genders could have the option to have access to such a thing, which would reduce unwanted pregnancies.

Some guys can control their ejaculations, but thats a few and not at will. If I have to ejaculate, I can hold out for a little bit but eventually it's going to come out..
Also, a girl doesn't give a guy a BJ with a condom on.

Yes it can be controlled, but it takes a considerable amount of discipline. A few guys are good at it, most aren't. It took me a some time to get the hang of it. I can hold it indefinitely. But one thing about that is if it is held to long eventually won't come at all for that time, because your too tired,

wen it comes out it comes out u cant do much really anything to stop it like u can hold it off for a few seconds but thats just some guys with major control example like me. It depends on the guy wanting to put on a condom some girls like swallowing it and some spit it and some dont even want to mess with that so they put on a condom. So ya its hard to control it.

it can be controlled to some degree. if you're giving a bj, you should have some understanding or some type of agreement about having him tell you ahead of time when he's about to ejaculate.
